    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are sent via email/SMS upon dispatch.

    Free shipping applies to orders above ₹599, as stated in our shipping policy. Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

    What payment options are available?

    We accept prepaid orders by credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and digital wallet. Cash on Delivery depends on your location and courier availability.

    Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card credentials.

  • Returns & Replacements

    What is your replacement and return policy?

    Due to hygiene standards for personal care, opened or used skincare and haircare items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective item, report it within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

    Email truchemistofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged package. Our team will dispatch a replacement promptly.
