IMPORTANT: All issues related to damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products must be reported within 24 HOURS of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Step 3: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for pickup (depending on location and circumstances).

Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, if any.

Step 5: Ship the product back to us or hand it over to our pickup partner as instructed.

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will include the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, or defective product).

6.3 Partial Refunds

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival and the standard return policy will apply.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
